Shyla Marie
Founder, CEO, & Chief Architect
Background: Shyla is the founder and CEO of Nash 1337, Inc. and the architect of Nash Identity Safe. Her background spans economics, applied statistics, machine learning, and data science, with prior work in quantitative research and AI infrastructure intelligence. She is a founding voice in the effective accelerationism (e/acc) movement and operates at the intersection of the SF Bay Area cybersecurity, artifical intelligence, agentics, biotechnology, and crypto ecosystems.
Education: B.A. in Economics, University of California, Berkeley, 2023 (Statistics minor; Behavioral Economics concentration) A.A.-T in Economics with Honors, Monterey Peninsula College, 2019.

Patrick Kelly
Cognitive Neuroscientist
Background: Patrick is a Ph.D. student in Psychology at UCLA specializing in cognitive and computational neuroscience, with a focus on multisensory perception, perceptual aesthetics, and dynamic emotion processing. He has developed a novel Bayesian Causal Inference modeling framework for dynamic, continuous behavioral data, and uses EEG to capture neural dynamics of perceptual inference in real time. His methodological toolkit spans fNIRS, fMRI, EEG, and eye-tracking. At UC Berkeley he built and operationalized a shared-use fNIRS neuroimaging center and trained faculty and researchers in neuroimaging methods.
Education: Ph.D. in Psychology (Cognitive & Computational Neuroscience), University of California, Los Angeles (expected 2031) B.A. in Psychology (Highest Honors, Valedictorian), University of California, Berkeley, 2024 B.A. in Anthropology, University of California, Berkeley, 2024.

Adrian Silva
Identity & Security Engineer
Background: Adrian is a cybersecurity engineer and distributed systems specialist with deep experience in identity and access management, cloud infrastructure, and applied cryptographic systems. At GEICO, he led initiatives in identity governance, Active Directory architecture, and enterprise security operations across large-scale IAM and DevOps environments. His cloud security engineering work spans Microsoft Azure migration, access control automation, and compliance programs aligned to NIST frameworks and modern threat models. He has also contributed to Web3 infrastructure development, building Rust-based tooling and smart contract systems compiled to WebAssembly for blockchain environments. Adrian additionally brings applied financial engineering experience from structuring and underwriting deals across small business and asset-backed financing, giving him a rare ability to translate technical architecture into business execution.
Advisory Team

Todd Huffman
Neurotechnology & Defense Advisor
Background: Todd is the co-founder and Senior Advisor of E11 Bio, a focused research organization scaling single-cell brain circuit mapping, and the former CEO of 3Scan, the biomedical imaging company behind the Knife-Edge Scanning Microscope (acquired by Strateos in 2019). He served as a signals intelligence researcher for DARPA, co-founded the defense contractor IST Research, and has led or co-led the deployment of over $220 million in advanced science and technology programs across biotechnology, neuroscience, geospatial intelligence, and global stability. He previously advised the cryptocurrency firm MobileCoin and co-founded the BIL Conference.
Education: Neuroscience, B.S., California State University, Long Beach, 2003 Computational Biosciences, M.S., Arizona State University, 2006

Charles Rosenbauer
Hardware & Compute Architecture Advisor
Background: Charles is the founder of The American Compute Corporation, where he is designing a clean-slate CPU architecture and ISA targeting 1000x performance and energy-efficiency gains over conventional out-of-order processors. He is also a co-founder, researcher, and program manager at the Foundation for Future Aesthetics, an editor at Possibilia Magazine, and the author of the Bzogramming Substack on applied and theoretical programming language design. His open-source work spans novel SAT-solving approaches (LatticeSAT, ByteSAT), minimal language model implementations, and language and compiler experiments. His expertise across chip architecture, ISA design, low-level systems, and combinatorial complexity directly informs Nash Identity Safe’s secure compute environment, firmware design, and long-horizon hardware strategy.
Defense & Hardware Manufacturing Advisor
Background: Across 35+ years as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and technologist, our Defense & Hardware Manufacturing Advisor has pioneered ventures in semiconductors, mobile computing, enterprise software, medical devices, healthcare IT, national security, aerospace, AI, and defense, including the founding team behind the world’s first screen-phone and smartphone platforms.
